Peter Grieve, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Peter Grieve is the Chairman and CEO of Football.Enterprises, which he helped establish in 2023 to create the most trusted, innovative, and empowering global football platform to unite a collaborative network of ambitious clubs that redefine success on and off the pitch. A former chairman and co-owner of Bantu Rovers Football Group and director of Grassroot Soccer, Peter brings a wealth of football and business stewardship and experience to Football.Enterprises. 

Prior to Football.Enterprises., Peter formed Windy River Group in 2013 to provide investment and management advice to promising companies, as well as lead select ventures.  In 2009, he stepped down from a successful 25-year career as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he co-founded, built, and led the firm’s largest private wealth management practice globally. He subsequently co-founded Cordia Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: BVA) to purchase, recapitalize, and revitalize failed community banks in the wake of the financial crisis. Under his chairmanship, Cordia acquired the Bank of Virginia in 2010, selling it at a profit to First Citizens Bank (later sold to CIT Group) in 2016.

Peter is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, where he then served as a Marine Corps infantry officer and was responsible for leading two platoons. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he served on the Board of Overseers. He also captained the Dartmouth men’s soccer team and was responsible for founding the MBA world cup. He currently holds board positions at TK, TK, and was the longest-serving member of the Investment Committee of the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation in addition to serving as the prior Trustee of the Museum of Science in Boston and The Mission Continues.

Jeff Barker, Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Barker is the Chief Financial Officer of Football.Enterprises, where he oversees financial strategy, operations, and governance across its global network of clubs. With more than a decade of leadership in consumer and sporting goods businesses, Jeff brings deep expertise in complex carve-outs, brand transformation, and scaling high-performance organizations.

Prior to joining Football.Enterprises, Jeff held CFO and COO roles across several high-growth consumer brands, including Ruggable, Parachute Home, and JLab Audio, where he helped drive operational scale and strategic expansion. He is best known for his leadership at TaylorMade Golf Company, first as Director of Finance & Operations for the EMEA and Pacific regions, then as the Finance Director at adidas Brazil following TaylorMade’s acquisition. He later became Chief Transformation Officer under adidas, leading a $200M global profitability turnaround, and ultimately served as CFO through TaylorMade’s successful spinout from adidas and transition to private equity ownership.

Jeff serves on the boards of nation.academy and Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County, and is a Strategic Advisor to Stix Golf Co. He holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Bishop’s University.
